Soy may protect against prostate cancer

Hello, friend!

The latest studies coming out of the Journal of Clinical Oncology describes that higher intake of soy may reduce the risk of prostate cancer. The study was done in over 14,000 men between the ages of 40 to 69 and ran over 12 years.

The active components of soy that are described to be the most important and effective are Genistein and Daidzein. A variety of studies over the past few years have indicated the importance of the soy isoflavones in protection of the human body and reducing disease risk. They are beneficial for the heart, and a wide range of other organs. They have excellent antioxidant capacity, and can help to decrease menopausal symptoms, lower cholesterol parameters, improve bone stability and improve blood pressure.

It is important to consider having quality soy products in the diet on a regular basis.

Stay tuned for more of the latest nutritional research !!

Best Regards,
